PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy involves drawing the patient’s own blood, processing it through centrifugation to physically concentrate the platelets — which are rich in growth and healing factors — and injecting this concentrated plasma into the target tissue to stimulate healing and regeneration.

S&M PRP Monocap

Single-Cap PRP System

This system features a vacuum-sealed design with a 10 ml blood collection capacity. Blood is drawn into the tube via vacuum through a single rubber stopper, and the PRP is also collected from the same stopper after centrifugation. Due to its single-cap design, it is named MONOCAP.

It is a classic system. Since the Buffy Coat spreads over a wide surface area after centrifugation, collecting the PRP requires a high level of manual skill.

S&M PRP Unique System

It has a blood collection capacity of 14 ml. After centrifugation, the Buffy Coat is adjusted to the narrow middle section and can be comfortably collected with a syringe from the upper cap. This system provides a high platelet concentration. The common difficulties in PRP collection found in single- and double-cap tubes are almost completely eliminated. High-quality PRP is obtained with every application. Due to its hourglass-shaped design, it is also called the Hourglass PRP.

Growthcell CGF System

  • Tube 1 is a separation tube containing sodium citrate.

  • Tube 2 is an activation tube containing calcium chloride.

  • 10 ml of blood is drawn into Tube 1 via vacuum.

  • The first centrifugation is performed at 1900 RCF for 8 minutes.

  • The entire plasma, along with some red blood cells (RBCs), is collected and transferred to Tube 2, which is then gently mixed.

  • Tube 2 is centrifuged again at 2000 RCF for 4 minutes.
    All activated plasma is collected and applied.

  • ince activation begins within the activation tube, results can be observed much faster compared to regular PRP.

  • This method has proven effective in treatments for knees, hair restoration, rejuvenation procedures, and skin therapy.
